Apple Energy Bites

A simple snack recipe to give you that energy boost you need to help you own the day. These Apple Energy Bites provide natural, slow release energy as well as fibre, good fats and protein too.


What you need:

60g of Stoats Apple & Cinnamon Porridge

30g linseeds

30g pumpkin seeds

1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon

1/2 tea spoon of ginger

1 tea spoon melted coconut oil

20g chia seeds

20g peanut butter or seeds butter

50g dates


Five simple steps:

Add all dry ingredients to the mixing bowl.

Microwave coconut oil in a different bowl to melted consistency.

Add peanut/seeds butter to melted coconut oil and stir together.

Then add this mixture to all dry ingredients and mix everything together.

Roll up the mixture into small balls.
