Brownie Peanut Butter Porridge

This peanut butter chocolate bowlful is healthy and indulgent thanks to being packed with protein, unsaturated fats, antioxidants and all round superfoody goodness.

Recipe for one serving:

  • 160ml of liquid (we like half milk, half water)
  • 10g of unsweetened cocoa
  • 10g of unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 10g coconut sugar or honey
  • 10-15 g of peanut butter
  • 1 Stoats Multigrain Porridge Sachet

 

The Simple steps:

Mix the porridge sachet, liquid and cocoa together and place into microwave/hob and heat for 3 minutes.

Add coconut sugar or honey then chocolate pieces on top.

Decorate with peanut butter.
