Recipe for one serving:
- 1 banana
- 90g berries of your choice
- 1/2 cup of milk, yoghurt or water
- 40g of Hedgerow Rustic Scottish Oat Muesli
- 5g of desiccated coconut
- 5-10g of chia seeds
Together with the liquid of choice - milk, yoghurt or water - blend the banana and 70g berries of your choice. You can use a frozen banana for a thicker, ice-cream like texture. Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl and decorate with Hedgerow Rustic Scottish Oat Muesli, a sprinkling of berries, desiccated coconut and chia seeds. And that's it. Enjoy!
