ENTER THE COMPETITION TO WIN A Jet2Holiday

1.    The promoter of this prize draw is Stoats Porridge Bars Ltd, 36 Dryden Road, Loanhead, EH20 9LZ, company number SC284033 (the “Promoter”). 
2.    Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. 
3.    The promotion is not open to employees of Stoats Porridge Bars Ltd, their immediate families, their agents, employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
4.    To enter the prize draw you must go to the following URL www.eatstoats.com/jet2holidays  and complete the data fields. Limit of one entry per person / email address / mobile phone number during the promotional period. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
5.    Promotion opens on 00:01am 17 May 2024.
6.    Promotion closes on 11:59pm 26 July 2024.
7.    The prize draw comprises of a draw for all valid entries received from 00:01am 17 May 2024 to 11:59pm 26 July 2024.
8.    A random draw performed by computer process will take place on 29 July 2024 at 10.00am. 
9.    Prize 1: The first winner randomly selected will win 1 x Jet2holidays holiday prize to a choice of the holiday destinations detailed in the “Prizes” section below.
10.    Prizes 2 - 16: The next randomly selected 15 winners will each win 1 x £250 Jet2holidays voucher which is subject to the below voucher terms detailed in the “Prizes” section below.
11.    The details of the winners will be passed to Jet2holidays in order for them to make contact for fulfilment of the prize. Drawn winners will be contacted within 7 working days of the draw date via the email address submitted on the prize draw entry form. The communication will include the requirement for the winner to ‘accept’ their prize. 
12.    Winners that have been contacted by Jet2holidays and not accepted the prize by phone call or email within 7 working days of contact will forfeit their prize. In the event that a prize is forfeited an additional prize draw performed by computer process will be administered to pick alternative prize winners. 
13.    Those who have entered the prize draw and haven't been drawn as a winner will not be contacted.
14.    The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15.    The prize is as stated. No cash or other alternative prizes are available.
16.    No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be delivered due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. 
17.    By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.

This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from UK Jet2.com base that flies to Dalaman, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. 
(f)    This prize must be booked by 6th September 2024 and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):

Holiday Terms:
•    Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize.  Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance. 
•    If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited 
•    The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence. 
•    Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
•    Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
•    Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.  
•    The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
•    The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner.  Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking. 
•    All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.  

Prizes 2 - 16: The next randomly selected 15 winners will each win 1 x £250 Jet2holidays voucher which is subject to the below voucher terms

Voucher terms

1.    Winners will win a Jet2holidays voucher to the value of £250 (“the Prize”). Please note, it must be used by the winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking.

2.    The Winner may book more than one holiday using the voucher but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the voucher’s value, but the difference in value must be paid at the same time. If the holiday booking(s) are worth less than the value of the voucher, the winner and their accompanying passenger(s) (as applicable) will not be awarded credit, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount will be lost.

3.    Holiday(s) to the value of the voucher must be booked by 26th October 2024 and all travel must be completed by 31st October 2025. There are no blackout dates however dates and accommodation are subject to availability. The booking request form for the holiday must be received by Jet2holidays of the chosen holiday at least thirty (30) days prior to the requested travel dates.  Once the booking has been made, no changes will be permitted. If the chosen holiday is not booked by the 26th October, the voucher will be deemed forfeited. Optional extras may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.

4.    If any holiday booked by the winner with the voucher is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash).

5.    The holiday booked using the voucher does not include transfers to and from the airport in the UK.  Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.

6.    If the voucher is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.

7.    Where the holiday booked using the voucher is equivalent or lower than the value of voucher, it shall be subject to these prize draw terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Suitable reassurances are provided within our terms above, including replacing the holiday with one of equal or higher value. Winner(s) are also provided with an ATOL certificate. Where the holiday booked using the voucher exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and these prize draw terms and conditions, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.

8.    The voucher and any holiday booked using the voucher is subject to availability. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.

9.    Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value). Jet2holidays shall re-arrange a prize with the prize winner.

10.    Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.  

11.    The voucher is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The holiday(s) booked using the voucher may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended. The winner must be the lead traveller and the accompanying passenger(s) must travel on the same dates and itinerary as the winner.

12.    All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar.  

13.    Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and for the provision of the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy).

14.    Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to a booked holiday or dates of travel, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the Prize draw, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the Prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.

General:

•    Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details passed to Jet2holidays will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy).
•    When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
•    Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
